for over 20 years . Dr. Gautier concludes that not only is Israel in accordance with International law but that the International community is in direct violation of it's own Agreements and Charters they have themselves formulated .
Howard Grief is another well-recognized attorney who came to the same conclusion.This is presented in his book : The Legal Foundation and Borders of Israel under International Law",

This 46 min. video is one of the best presentations that I have witnessed on the subject. (The last minute or two is weak and off point.)
It is highly recommended and should be viewed in its entirety, before any discussion or analysis that in any way deals with Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Golan Heights,the Sinai, Gaza, etc.
